[Illegal alien] Arellano announces “campaign of resistance”

Hours after the Senate voted against advancing the immigration reform project, the Mexican activist [and illegal alien] Elvira Arellano announced a campaign of resistance against the U.S. government.
In a written statement, the leader of the movement Familia Unida (United Family) said that “if the Democrats and the Republicans cannot summon the courage to fix the broken law we will not sit quietly and see our families and our children cut to pieces on the broken pieces of that broken law.”
She demanded an immediate moratorium on all raids and deportations.
Arellano, who has remained in a Northwest Side church since August 15 to avoid an order of deportation, said this would be the deadline the government will have to “revive and pass a comprehensive immigration reform.”
Otherwise, pro-immigrant organizers will begin a campaign “aimed at bringing this government and this economy to a halt.”
This previously deported illegal alien, Ms. Arellano, is complaining about the “broken law.” Well guess what, sweet cheeks, the law is broken because you broke it…at least twice!
Who the hell is this woman to sneak into our country illegally, get deported, sneak in illegally again, get knocked up, and then make demands on the United States that we have to accept her? I’m so sick of crap like this. Criminals making demands of Americans under threats of “resistance?” What the hell is wrong with this picture? Demanding a moratorium on raids and deportations? Gimme a friggin break. How about recognizing American demands for a moratorium on illegal aliens sneaking into our friggin country?
According to the Immigration and Naturalization law, when Ms. Arellano was ordered to leave the country, and refuses, she should be charged up to $500 for each day that she fails to comply with the deportation order.
Sec. 274D. (a) In general.-Any alien subject to a final order of removal who-
(1) willfully fails or refuses to-
(A) depart from the United States pursuant to the order,
(B) make timely application in good faith for travel or other documents necessary for departure, or
(C) present for removal at the time and place required by the Attorney General; or
(2) conspires to or takes any action designed to prevent or hamper the alien’s departure pursuant to the order, shall pay a civil penalty of not more than $500 to the Commissioner for each day the alien is in violation of this section.
And why isn’t the church and pro-illegal alien groups that are harboring her being charged? It’s also a crime to aid or abet illegal aliens.
It is illegal to sneak into our country. It is a felony to sneak into our country after being previously deported. So who the hell is this criminal to demand anything of us? I tell ya what, Ms. Arellano… if you don’t like our laws, go the hell home.
And politicians?…Do your job. Secure the border. Enforce the law.
